booked this hotel because i saw there is a separate shower and room is relatively bigger than the one we stayed in our past few trips. it is also located in the city centre, connected to shinsaibashi station via exit 8. very convenient! staffs were all super friendly and helpful. there is also an airport transfer service from the hotel to kansai airport t1 & t2 which is so convenient, we didn’t have to worry about taking the train and having to lug our luggages around. will definitely be back :)

作為一個經常去大阪嘅旅人，我會咁樣評價呢間老牌酒店： 1. 交通同位置：100分嘅便利無縫對接：最爽系酒店地庫直通地鐵心齋橋站 8 號出口。落雨或者拎住大包小包，完全唔使驚。行街圣地：對面就系大丸百貨同心齋橋商店街，行 10 分鐘左右就到道頓堀。我試過買完一輪直接返房放低袋，再落去繼續戰斗，效率極高。機場巴士：酒店門口就有直達關西機場嘅利木津巴士，對于回程行李重到爆炸嘅人嚟講，簡直系救命恩人。 2. 房內空間：日本標準嚟講「算系咁」寬敞度：喺心齋橋呢種寸金尺土嘅地方，日航嘅房比一般商務酒店大。我住過嘅房可以平開兩個 28 寸大行李箱，唔使跳嚟跳去。景觀：建議揀高層面向御堂筋嘅房，夜晚睇住條大街嘅燈飾同人流，嗰種「我喺大阪心臟」嘅感覺好強。 3. 設施與服務：老牌酒店嘅底蘊服務：服務員非常有禮貌，而且好多前臺會講英文甚至中文，溝通完全無問題。缺點 (現實面)：酒店畢竟有啲歷史，裝修同設備明顯睇得出「歲月痕跡」。WiFi 有時會慢到令人懷疑人生，同埋冷暖氣系中央控制，換季時房內溫度可能唔系咁好調校。

Perfect location, good amenities, and very friendly, helpful lobby team (assisting guests). The only downside was that the AC didn’t work properly on the first night, so the room was a bit cold. It was fixed the next day after I reported it. Another minor issue was some noisy neighbors (adults and kids) from early morning until late at night. Overall though, it was a good stay.

酒店雖然不是很新，但衞生和服務都很好。信價比高，位置好。地鐵和大巴都很方便，下次還會選擇。

1??位置，心齋橋大丸百貨后面，太太太方便啦！適合購物一波直接放回酒店，再繼續買買買！酒店直通地鐵，基本到機場很絲滑，拿著大行李箱也不用怕。酒店有去機場的大巴，但時間很少。 2??環境，在日本比較大的空間了！雖然有點老舊，但維護的也很好。推薦～

The location is excellent — directly connected to Shinsaibashi subway station, opposite Parco and Daimaru, with Amerikamura just behind the hotel. Very convenient for shopping and getting around. Service was good and housekeeping was reliable. Although the hotel is older, the room was well maintained and clean, which is expected in Japan. I would stay here again mainly for the location. One small thing to note is the check-in policy, which is strictly at 3pm. When I arrived earlier (around 1pm), I was stopped before I reach the reception counter, and asked to leave my luggage first and come back later, which was a bit unexpected, but understandable given hotel policies. I did go back at 3pm and there was already a long check in queue

Great place to stay. Location is very very good! If we could open the window even a bit to let the cool air in, that would be perfect. Other than that, great hotel overall.

大阪市中心老牌的五星級酒店，地理位置優越，樓下就是御筋堂線的心齋橋站，步行走到心齋橋和道頓崛只要七八分鐘，酒店對面就是Parco 和大丸百貨。對于買買買逛逛逛以及吃吃喝喝的游客來説，實在是太便捷了。

日航作為老牌酒店就決定了下限肯定不低從御堂筋線的心齋橋站8號口出來直接就能到酒店電梯走地下通道就可以去大丸百貨和parco 屬于大阪中心區最便利的位置了去道頓堀橙子街難波等著名街區走路都是10分鐘左右去梅田也就是三站地鐵爽逛爽吃酒店前臺有一位會説中文的女經理很熱情房間很大展開兩個大行李箱毫無壓力下次來大阪還住
